What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule at no cost within 1 week of the photo session.
What is your cancellation policy?
You cancel you photo session up to 2 weeks before it is scheduled to occur and receive a full refund.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes. Travel outside of the Charlotte Mecklenburg area will incur a travel fee. Please send an email to ask what the travel fee will be to your area.
Can we go to multiple photo locations?
Yes. However, please keep in mind that travel between locations will be included in your photo session time limit.
How do you prefer to communicate?
Email is fine but once you have booked, I will provide you with a telephone number for communications for quicker response times.
How many photos will I get?
The number of photos you get will be determined by the type of session and length. I will provide you with an estimate prior to the shoot.
Do I get the copyright to my photos?
Yes!
How long will it take to get my photos?
You can expect a sneak peek within 48 hours and the remaining photos to be delivered to you in an online gallery in 3 to 5 business days.
How do I get my photos after?
You will be able to download the entire online photo gallery through a set of instructions I will provide to you through email once the session is complete.
Am I allowed to print the photos that you deliver to me?
Absolutely! Print and share the photos as you wish.
